Grandma's Fresh Apple Cake

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups coarsely chopped apples
Mix together dry ingredients
Stir remaining ingredients except apples into dry ingredieints
Batter will be very thick
Stir in apples (you will need to use your hands to combine the mixture)
Pour into an ungreased tube or Bundt pan
Bake in pre heated 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours

Usually I dust the top with powdered sugar but this year I decided to really make this decadent with a cream cheese frosting

For the frosting
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz box powdered sugar
Blend until smooth, pour over cooled cake!
