Tom and Sue's OZARK adventure!

Tom and Sue's OZARK adventure! This was our 2nd annual Autumn Ozark Adventure to Arkansas . . . WOW! The weather was incredible and sunny and so pretty!! We stayed in Mountain Home, Arkansas this year. It wasn't long before I found a Local Scrapbook Store called Scrapbook Addiction that was just as cute as can be!! It was packed with great paper and the decor was a little industrial edgy kind of feel!! My favorite part was a huge frame that displayed the samples from the talented design team!!

Next we drove to Mountain View for the 25th annual "Beanfest"!
It was truly amazing to see the thousands of people that came from all around for the festival. They cook up giant pots of beans in big kettles and serve it to everyone for free with homemade cornbread!Just too much fun! It was the perfect weekend!

Busy busy busy busy busy

Yup, it's been crazy busy . . . at home and at work . . . Fright Fest Saturday was a smashing success! We did 4 classes {Missy and I} and everyone had fun! Missy decorated the classroom and set up a beautiful buffet for our Frightfull little cuppy cakes! My camera died so Barb kindly took a pic for me! Barb email that photo whenever you get a chance!!

Now we are looking ahead to our next event, no I don't mean the fabulous FKS October Retreat . . . this weekend . . . I'm talking about

Today is the last day of the 21 day Challenge . . . I am really pleased with the results of my efforts! I have established a habit of keeping a little time each day to Create something for myself. . . I will be keeping an ArT jOuRnAl from now on! It has helped me get some of those ideas out of my head and into real life . . . it has helped me organize my thoughts and lessons for my classes and it just plain make me happy . . . also I never missed a day in my journal or taking my daily walk or watching what I eat . . . who knew how related all this stuff is!! Thanks Rhonna!

21 Day Challenge continues

Day 14
Using reinkers to alter the color of my paper, I made a pretty purple color and painted in on this beautiful handmade paper from my Secret Sis Kyoko!! (It was white) I was so surprised to see the leaves "POP" just beautiful!


Day 15 We had Scrap Pink at the store, so I was really busy and tired but Made a page inmy journal so that counts . . .
