This is brand new paper from Best Creations. Normally when I do destination pages I don't use background papers with images like the Capitol Building above. I feel like the pictures do the job for me. I do like how they work with these old b/w '60's era pics because they aren't very good photos to begin with and I don't have very many. I think the great paper takes the pictures from crappy to pretty good!
I picked up some great papers for Venice & Pisa too!
